Christmas holidays are almost two months away and Kate Middleton and Prince William are said to be already making plans for it. In the wake of Duchess of Cambridge's second pregnancy, the young royal couple is expected to throw a party at their new residence Anmer Hall in Norfolk.

On Oct. 19, 2014, the Independent reported that Kate Middleton will be hosting a Christmas party at her new residence for her family. She and Prince George will welcome Michael, Carole, Pippa and James Middleton on the big day of celebration.

The publication picked up the news from Daily Mail report on Oct. 18, 2014. According to the report, Kate Middleton, Prince William and Prince George will be joining the royals including Queen Elizabeth for the lunch at Sandringham House. A royal insider told the aforementioned daily news publication that it is "highly unlikely that Kate's [Middleton] family will be invited to the big Christmas or the famous Boxing Day shoot" at the royal residence.

The palace insider further reveals that the palace will host a tea party for the Middleton one day. However, they will not be included in the lunch or dinner plans at the Queen's residence on the Christmas Day. The source goes on to explain that the Queen of England does not "mean to exclude" Kate Middleton's family by doing this. She is said to be "fond" of them. In the past, she has reportedly bent many "old rules" for them.

"But if all of her children and grandchildren's wives had their families to lunch, there wouldn't be enough room, even at Sandringham House's dining room," the insider adds.

Furthermore, the report notes that Kate Middleton and Prince Williams countryside residence's renovation work is coming to a close. However, the work will continue well into 2015. The new home for the Duchess and Duke of Cambridge was given as a present to the young royal on his 30th birthday by his grandmother.

Previously, Express UK reported that the Anmer Hall has undergone £1.5 million worth renovation. It is reportedly a Grade II property that was built 200 years ago. It consists of ten bedrooms, a tennis court, swimming pool, newly renovated kitchen and driveway. The report notes that the Norfolk mansion was once resided by royals' old friends Van Cutsem family.

Meanwhile, it is known that Kate Middleton is struggling through difficult stage in her second pregnancy as she battles extreme morning sickness--the medical condition named hypermesis gravidarum. According to hrhduchesskate.blogspot.ie, the Duchess was recently photographed leaving the obstetrician's office after her 12-week scan. Now that the Duchess has completed her first trimester, public is eager to learn about her due date.
