They have teamed up for a movie and now they team up in a sophisticated photoshoot which replicates the old Hollywood era for the May issue of W magazine.

Nicole Kidman and Clive Owen star in the new film "Hemingway and Gelhorn." And although their current movie was set during the 1930's, they appear in a photoshoot which was inspired by the "Mad Men" series set in the 1960's.

Kidman was styled with a bouffant platinum colored hairdo and was photograph both in color and black and white. The 44-year-old actress looked exceptionally glamorous and resembles iconic bombshells during that generation. Meanwhile, Clive wore a tailored suit which exudes a kind of class notable among men in the 60's.

The two play the famous American literary couple, Ernest Hemingway and Martha Gelhorn. The HBO film focuses on the love story between the two. Martha Gelhorn was the only one out of Hemingway's four wives to ask the writer for a divorce.

In real life, Nicole's husband thinks that she is the opposite of Gelhorn who was a WWII correspondent at that time.

"My husband says I'm raw. He thinks the world is not a great place for me because he fears that I'll be hurt. He says, 'That's my job. I'll protect you,'" the actress talked about her husband Keith Urban.

Owen also talked about his wife of 17 years, Sarah-Jane Fenton. He said that he met his wife during his 7 month tour of Europe performing as Romeo in Romeo and Juliet.

"I was at the first rehearsal, thinking, I wonder what Juliet is going to be like, and she came in. She had a corduroy jacket on and was carrying a pile of secondhand books, and her glasses were falling off. I kind of fell in love at that moment," Clive said.
