Days after Ray Rice was released by the team for a damning video of the running back punching his wife, the Baltimore Ravens host the Pittsburgh Steelers on Thursday Night Football in the National Football League (NFL) regular season.

With the added distraction, the Ravens look to bounce back from a 16-23 home loss to the Cincinnati Bengals in their season opener. The Bengals stunned the Ravens after a 77-yard touchdown from Andy Dalton to A.J. Green in the fourth quarter of the NFL Week 1 match-up.

Meanwhile, the Steelers pulled off a 30-27 win over the Cleveland Browns at home despite losing a big first half lead. Pittsburgh had to rely on kicker Shaun Suisham, who made a 41-yard field goal with no time left in the clock, to escape with the victory.

Running back Le'Veon Bell finished with 109 rushing yards on 21 carries and 88 passing yards on 6 receptions to lead the Steelers’ attack.

Ben Roethlisberger had 365 passing yards on 23-of-34 completions with 1 touchdown in the victory while Joe Flacco also had a good outing in the Ravens’ loss with 345 passing yards (35/62 completions) and also a TD.

"We're not going to let (Sunday) define us by any stretch," Pittsburgh head coach Mike Tomlin said via ESPN. "We're going to need a better result if we want to get a victory on Thursday night."

Baltimore has the edge, 4 wins against 2 losses in the last six meetings in the Ravens-Steelers rivalry.
