It’s all about playing with fire at Ramsay Street on the upcoming episode of “Neighbours.” On Tuesday, Jack Callahan (Andrew Morley) realises that despite choosing priesthood, he still can’t shake off his feelings for Paige Smith (Olympia Valance). She tries to convince him to turn his life around and choose her. Fans wonder whether Jack would follow his heart, especially after being threatened by Tyler Brennan’s (Travis Burns) presence in Paige’s life.

Meanwhile, the lives of Sonya Rebecchi (Eve Morey) and Jarrod “Toadie” Rebecchi (Ryan Moloney) continue to be in harm’s way. Other “Neighbours” cast members who will also appear on the Aug.16 episode include Terese Willis (Rebekah Elmaloglou), Paul Robinson (Stefan Dennis), Madison Robinson (Sarah Ellen), Gary Canning (Damien Richardson), Amy Williams (Zoe Cramond), Stephanie Scully (Carla Bonner), Mark Brennan (Scott McGregor) and Charlie Hoyland (Alexander McGuire).

Channel Eleven posted a sneak peek of Tuesday’s episode. In the trailer, Jack tells Amy that it’s possible he hit Tyler the night before. Jack flashes to last night, when he went over to Paige’s house and saw her kissing Tyler. Digital Spy reports that Amy confronts Paige about getting back at Jack. Paige doesn’t take this well and heads off to lash at Jack. However, she softens when she sees Jack’s injured fist. She tries to make him realise that he made a wrong decision for choosing priesthood.

Meanwhile, Toadie informs Steph that someone might have broken inside their home. Digital Spy spoilers say that Clive’s name would pop up again, when he starts to threaten Sonya anew. Charlie goes off and investigates on his own, searching Clive’s ute. Charlie finds the same brick that was thrown at Toadie’s office, but Clive catches him snooping around.

“Neighbours” recap

On Monday, Xanthe stormed out from the hotel room after seeing Alison and Ben together. Ben ran after her, and Xanthe told him about what happened. She expressed her disappointment and it looked like things are really over between them. Later, Xanthe went back to the room to get her bag and arrived in on Cooper, who said he already knew what happened. Cooper tried to convince her to rehearse, but Xanthe wasn’t really into it. When she went to the bathroom, Cooper put the “Do not disturb” sign on the doorknob.

Later, Cooper tried to kiss Xanthe and she pulled back. She tried leaving the room, but Cooper blocked her way. However, she managed to get out and ran home.It turned out that the envelope handed by Gary to Terese was the agenda at the Robinson’s shareholder meeting that afternoon. Terese figured that she can attend the meeting as a proxy since her family’s also an investor. During the meeting, Terese and Steph kept outvoting Paul. After the meeting, they reached an agreement – Paul gave back Solomon the chef, and in return, Terese won’t attend any meetings. Later, Terese bumped into Gary at Harold’s and Paul spotted them, growing suspicious.

Amy and Jack went out for drinks, and it appeared he had too much than he could handle. Aaron approached their table and asked whether the outreach program would sponsor a boxing match with Paige. Jack didn’t look happy with this news at all and couldn’t help but confront Tyler about it. The two men looked like they’re about to get into a fight, until Amy intervened. The next day, Jack woke up outside with blood on his fists. Steph spotted him and wondered what happened, but he couldn’t remember anything.
