“Thor: Ragnarok” star Chris Hemsworth, 32, showed his support for his brother, Liam Hemsworth, 25, during the premiere of the movie “The Dressmaker” in Melbourne. The Australian brothers and actors were joined by their parents Craig and Leonie Hemsworth at the premiere.

On Monday, Chris took to Instagram to share a photo of himself with his family at the “The Dressmaker” premiere. He captioned the photo with, “Thanks for coming, legends! #Dressmakerpremiere.”

A day after posting the black-and-white photo, Chris was spotted in Los Angeles as he touched down at LAX airport, Just Jared reports. Wearing shades and a trucker cap, Hemsworth paired his navy shirt with long denim shorts.

In “The Dressmaker,” Liam plays Teddy McSwiney, a love interest of the protagonist Myrtle “Tilly” Dunnage, played by Kate Winslet. The revenge comedy drama film was based on Rosalie Ham’s Gothic novel of the same title.

Ham’s novel was first published in 2000. The screenplay was written by P.J. Hogan and Jocelyn Moorhouse, who also directed the film.

Before the film adaptation of Ham’s novel, Moorhouse directed the 1997 drama “A Thousand Acres.” Joining Chris and Winslet in “The Dressmaker” are Hugo Weaving, Sarah Snook, Judy Davis, Caroline Goodall, Kerry Fox, Rebecca Gibney, Gyton Grantley, James Mackay, Shane Jacobson, Barry Otto, Julia Blake, Hayley Magnus and Sacha Horler, among others.

Meanwhile, Chris has just completed filming for “In the Heart of the Sea,” an action drama based on the 1820 event when a sperm whale preyed upon a whaling ship. The film directed by Ron Howard stars Chris opposite Cillian Murphy and Brendan Gleeson.

Chris is also set to play the title role in the Marvel film, “Thor: Ragnarok.” It has been confirmed that Mark Ruffalo will play the Hulk in the 2017 movie. It will be directed by Taika Waititi, Entertainment Weekly reports.
