Khloe Kardashian And Lamar Odom Divorce To Be Finalised By Christmas [PHOTOS/ VIDEOS]

On Nov. 22 a video of Lamar Odom rapping while under the influence of "drugs and alcohol" about cheating on wife Khloe Kardashian has surfaced. "TheFIX" revealed that the video has influenced Khloe to dissolve all ties with Lamar and file for a divorce.

Reportedly her lawyers have sent divorce papers to Lamar, asking for a speedy divorce to be finalised by the end of the year.

"As soon as Khloe got back to LA, she instructed her lawyers to serve divorce papers to Lamar and met with her legal advisors just hours after returning home from her promotional trip to Sydney. A source close to Khloe revealed.

"She was faced with one thing after another during her trip including more concerned calls from Lamar's friends and manager as he went on a string of late nights out, was hanging out with college girls and his drugged-out rap video." Source added.

"Khloe has done everything she can and has fought endlessly to help Lamar and fight for their marriage, but she admitted defeat whilst she was away and broke down in an emotional heap as vocalised it was truly over." The source explained

In the last year, Khloe's marriage has disintegrated, with speculations spreading about Lamar's drug addiction and betrayal. But she continued to stand by her man in his good stead, even flaunting her wedding ring.

"Despite Lamar's attempts to show Khloe he was getting back on the right path, she knew that he was never going to change and she couldn't sit and be constantly disappointed and let down whilst he continued to destroy his own life." The source added further.

Khloe spent almost a week in Australia ahead of heading back to LA, even catching up with "TheFIX " to discuss how the previous year has affected her weight. Click here to watch the video.

She called Lamar straight away when arrived back in LA and told him that she was at last ready for a divorce and asked to be "set free."

"She hopes to be divorced in as little as a month and whilst lawyers have warned her may be a push, she is desperately hoping that she can start off the new year with a fresh start as a newly single woman." Revealed the source.
