Dr. Luke says he did not rape Lady Gaga. False claims by Kesha's lawyer, labelling him as Lady Gaga's molester, will be met by a lawsuit from the music producer.

Page six reports that music producer Dr. Luke is adamant that he is not Lady Gaga's rapist, and because the celebrity lawyer, Mark Geragos, pointed a finger at him saying he is, he would be suing. Dr. Luke filed a defamation suit against attorney Geragos in New York On Monday. "Fueled by his insatiable desire for attention and malice towards [Luke], Geragos and his law firm have now made the horrific, outrageous and maliciously false assertion that [Luke] raped the world famous musical artist Lady Gaga," the lawsuit reads. "This time, Geragos has gone way too far with his arrogant and irresponsible conduct; he has lost all sense of ethics, propriety and decency."

The suit also states that Dr. Luke, whose name in real life is Lukasz Gottwald, had never even met Gaga 9 years ago, when the alleged rape took place. Dr. Luke added that he has never been alone with her or touched her even once. They only met for a total of two times, and always briefly.

Geragos is currently representing Kesha on a rape suit against Dr. Luke when he said it was also the producer that is the rapist in Lady Gaga's admission of assault. Lady Gaga already clarified that it is not Dr. Luke at all.

Currently, the "Bad Romance" singer is caught in a whirlwind of rumours claiming she's already expecting her first baby. Some media outlets, including OK UK, is saying so. Pictures of her "baby bump" while she made a brief appearance on New York have also been circulating. This is not the first time that she was slammed with pregnancy rumours, though. Because the "Born this Way" singer was observed to have gained considerable weight back in 2012, she was also said to be pregnant. Obviously, she was not at the time. The current rumours still have to be addressed by the "Poker Face" singer; until then, these rumours stay as rumours.
