A couple of photos from “Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice” have been released online. One set photo shows Ben Affleck’s Bruce Wayne aka Batman with his butler Alfred, while a concept art also teases what viewers will see from the Dark Knight’s Batcave in the film.

Entertainment Weekly (EW) has provided an exclusive look at the iconic Batcave that will be featured in the Zack Snyder film. A concept art of the Batcave shared by the publication shows a much more sophisticated-looking hideout, complete with glass enclosures.

The Batcave in “Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice” also boasts of new and highly advanced technological equipment, as seen in the other photo shared by Entertainment Weekly. A set photo from the film shows Affleck as Bruce Wayne inside his Batcave accompanied by his butler, Alfred Pennyworth, who is now portrayed by Jeremy Irons instead of Michael Caine.

Talking about his role as the Dark Knight’s trusted butler, Irons told the publication that his character has already evolved in the new film. Instead of just being a loyal servant and providing the occasional scolding to his employer, the actor said this time that Pennyworth will also be more hands-on with Batman’s decisions.

“Alfred is a lot more hands-on in our film than he has previously been. He’s a bit of a grease monkey, and he’s very involved in the decisions Bruce makes,” Irons told Entertainment Weekly.

The publication also teased a bit of a spoiler for “Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice.” It was previously reported that when the film starts, Wayne Manor would have already been abandoned and in a total wreck after Batman’s many crime-fighting escapades. However, this is not the case for the Batcave since it has not fallen “into disrepair and crumbled in ruins,” according to Entertainment Weekly.

It’s believed that in “Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice,” the Dark Knight has already been fighting crimes in the shadows. He has been operating out of a dingy and old modern cottage for many years, that’s why Snyder reportedly chose the abandoned Detroit Ransom Gillis House in Michigan to represent the decrepit Wayne Manor.
