Evan Peters recently shared some details about his scene in “X-Men: Apocalypse.” The actor, who reprises his role as Quicksilver, teased the inclusion of yet another fun action sequence in the sequel but not comparable to his kitchen scene in “Days of Future Past.”

The actor briefly talked about “X-Men: Apocalypse” during a phone interview with MTV on his new film, "Safelight." When asked about his Quicksilver scenes in the sequel, the actor teased that there will once again be a fun sequence involving his mutant character. “This year we’re working on something that’s bigger and better, keeping the same elements that worked then adding a few new ones,” he said.

However, Peters teased that Quicksilver’s action sequence in “X-Men: Apocalypse” may not be as good as the kitchen scene in “Days of Future Past." He added, “It’s always difficult to try to top something like that."

The actor didn’t reveal more details but assured that his scene will be as exciting and hilarious as the first one. “I’m really excited to see it all cut together, and I’m excited for people to see it, too," he said. Peters said Quicksilver's sequence is going to be really fun and that he couldn't wait for viewers to see it in "X-Men: Apocalypse."

Peters’ kitchen sequence in “X-Men: Days of Future Past” was considered to be one of the highlights in the film. In the scene, the mutant helps Magneto (Michael Fassbender) escape pentagon with the use of his super speed power.

Bryan Singer, via an Instagram post, previously teased Quicksilver’s action sequence in the sequel. The movie director share a behind-the-scenes photo along with the caption, “Just another day at the office” and the hashtags #Xmen, #XmenApocalypse and #Quicksilver. In the photo, the young cast members are dressed in 80s costume and are suspended from the ceiling with wires hooked to their backs and legs. According to Comic Book Movie , the setup seemed to tease the repercussions when someone comes in contact with a mutant. By the looks of the cast members’ positions, it appears that they just had a very close encounter with the super speedster.
