Catherine Middleton has revealed what really made her lose her baby weight after giving birth to Prince George and Princess Charlotte. Prince William’s wife, more commonly known as Kate Middleton, had a simple and fun solution to bringing back her slim pre-pregnancy figure.

While celebrating Queen Elizabeth II’s 90th birthday party in Delhi, India, on Monday, the 34-year-old Duchess chatted with some of the 2,000 guests who showed up at the residence of British High Commissioner Sir Dominic Asquith. One guest, Professor Bulbul Dhar-James, asked Kate her weight loss secret.

“We said, ‘How do you lose all the weight after having two kids?’” he told Us Weekly. “And she said, ‘I am running after my kids.’”

William and Kate, or WillKat as they are called by Indian media, welcomed George on July 22, 2013, and Charlotte on May 2, 2015. Kate, who appears to have natural slim body build, had got her weight back shortly after. And now it’s clear how she did it.

Dhar-James added questions for Duchess, including if she ever got tired of smiling. “And she said, ‘I’m just reciprocating. Everyone is so warm,’” he said.

Kate was wearing monochromatic Alice Temperly outfit with an embroidered crop top and long skirt at the event.

William thanked the crowd at the party, telling them that it’s his and Kate’s first time to set foot in the country. The third in line to the throne added that George and Charlotte were lucky to have the Queen as their great-grandmother.

“Now, it is important that everyone here tonight understands that I am here as the Queen’s representative. She may be my grandmother, but she is also very much the boss!” the royal prince told the guests before adding later, “Now I can report back to Granny that I have done my duty!’

Will and Kate left their children at home in the UK to visit India and later Bhutan. They arrived in India on Sunday and had already a jam-packed schedule. On their second day on Monday, Kate was a vision in casual white as she took off her shoes to pay tributes during a visit to Gandhi Smriti in New Delhi. Her white dress was from British designer Emilia Wickstead.

They will conclude their visit on April 16.
