She is considered one of the A-list actresses in Hollywood. But Nicole Kidman reveals that she struggled with Tom Cruise's fame while she was married to him.

On her interview with Harper's Bazaar magazine, Nicole Kidman described her marriage to Tom Cruise within the early years. The actress confessed that she felt shy and didn't feel comfortable about Tom's fame.

"In those early years, it was like, 'I'm here and I'm clutching onto your arm, and it all feels a little overwhelming and really strange,'" she said. "And I was shy. Deeply shy. I didn't feel comfortable at all. But I felt very comfortable at home."

For the November issue of Harper's Bazaar, Nicole was pictured on the cover wearing a gold Emilio Pucci gown. In another photo, the 45-year-old actress displayed her long legs in a mini dress while she holds a race flag. And while Nicole looked effortlessly flawless, she claims that her body is far from perfect.

"Less as you get older. All of that other stuff becomes less important," Nicole continued. "Like, I've always had a little belly. I mean, now that I'm 45, they don't say, 'Oh, she's pregnant!' as much. But I've got skinny arms and legs, and then I've got a little belly."

Even though Nicole has been in the film industry for a long time and has attended numerous red carpet events, she said that she still gets very uncomfortable posing in front of photographers.

"I find standing and posing for photos very awkward. Red-carpet truths! I make sure to wear comfortable dresses because I want to be able to go out afterward and, you know, bend," she admits.

Nicole even shared details about her relationship with her husband, Keith Urban, who is also a current "American Idol" judge. She described him as "more like an ocean" and insisted that she now has a stronger public personality after being with him for six years.

"I need protection. Everyone wants to feel someone's got their back," she said.
