Rumors are flying around that Samsung is already working on the successor of the popular smartphone Galaxy S3. Samsung has set everything in motion for the Galaxy S4 that is expected to be unveiled in February 2013.

It is thought that the Samsung Galaxy S4 will be introduced to the tech market at the Mobile World Congress in Spain next year.

Speculations claimed that Samsung will ditch the glossy plastic look and make the S4 more durable when it comes to materials. However, there is no official word from Samsung. Below are some of the rumored specs of the Samsung Galaxy S4 that are going around.

Screen Display - The Galaxy S4 is speculated to sport a 4.8 inch OLED screen display. OLED is used in Samsung TV. Thus, users can expect pleasurable viewing experience.

Processor - Samsung Galaxy S4 will be faster than all Samsung smartphones with its rumored 2GHz quad core processor, along with 3GB of RAM.

Operating System - With the introduction of Android 4.2 Key Lime Pie later this year, Samsung Galaxy S4 is expected to sport this latest mobile software.

Storage - Store tons of files as the device is rumored to be available in 32GB, 64GB and 128GB variants. Of course, it will come with expandable storage through microSD slot.

Camera - The Samsung Galaxy S4 is speculated to sport a 13MP rear camera and 1.9MP front camera.

Battery - The upcoming smartphone of Samsung is rumored to be powered by 3200mAh battery.
