EIght-division world boxing champion Manny Pacquiao's sparring partner, Stan Martyniouk, thinks that the Filipino boxing superstar will not have too many problems when he fights unbeaten Chris Algieri on Nov. 22 at the Venetian Resort in Macau.

Martyniouk, a 5'10" Junior Welterweight, personally thinks that the World Boxing Organization (WBO) welterweight champion will not have a tough time given his speed and power. He also revealed that he learned a couple of things from the sparring session with Manny Pacquiao.

"Let me just say he is already in fight shape. I don't think it will be a tough fight for Manny. But it will be a very tough fight for Algieri," Martyniouk said to Rappler. "Some of the punches he throws are very fast and you don't see them and that's what he is going hurt Algieri with."

Unlike Martyniouk, Algieri is not the type of fighter who stands in one place during a lengthy fight; as such, it might not be as easy for Pacquiao as Martyniouk thinks it will be, according to Boxing 247. If Martyniouk was trying to mimic the way Algieri fights, then it is entirely plausible that Manny Pacquiao will not have a hard time. But then again, Martyniouk is totally a different boxer compared with Algieri.

Apart from Martyniouk, coach Freddie Roach also brought to the Philippines Philadelphia-based boxer Mike Jones who fights at welterweight to be Pacquiao's sparring mate. Roach is also thinking of bringing over the unbeaten Russian Viktor Postol and Olympian Jose Ramirez.

Manny Pacquiao's strength coach Justin Fortune claims that the Filipino boxing superstar is about 70 percent prepared and three pounds over the 144-pound catchweight with six weeks more to go before the fight. Fortune added that the real challenge is not getting Pacquiao's form in time for the fight but to make sure that he does not overtrain. Chris Algieri is currently training in Las Vegas getting ready to face Manny Pacquiao on November 22.
