Jennifer Lopez has never failed to wow her fans. The “Waiting For Tonight” singer has debuted a new, shorter hairstyle. Lopez looked great in shoulder length, layered cut and darker hair at Los Angeles airport on Tuesday.

The actress looked smart in the new hairstyle that added lots of layers on the front and mostly covered the sides of her face. The singer/actress looked wore a grey, short, midriff-revealing sweater and body-hugging jeans as she was photographed by paparazzi at the airport. Check out the pictures here.

The “American Idol” judge was also confetti-bombed by Los Angeles-based clown/performance artist Richie the Barbe on the airport. Lopez new haircut was left with shreds of paper and glitter but she still looked stylish. But she looked unfazed and kept walking. Check out the picture here.

The Latin beauty later shared the picture of her short hair on her Instagram page too. Check it out here. It is not sure if Lopez's new look if for any role she might undertake or she just wanted to change her looks. The songstress has not been quite adventurous with her hair style in the past. Ever since she has made foray into Hollywood, the actress has been seen in long, sleek hair; which she loves to let loose in waves or tie-up in her signature top knot. Her die hard fans are now going to miss that top knot!

Lopez's “hair guru” Lorenzo Martin is all praises for her and told People magazine in his 2014 interview that the pop star “looks good in everything.” He said that Lopez has “amazing hair,” which makes his styling job very easy. “We work together so much, we have to constantly switch it up so she looks fresh,” Martin told People, adding that he considers himself “pretty lucky.” “She probably has one of the most enviable heads in Hollywood … I’ve said it before but when someone has amazing hair, it’s easy to create amazing looks,” he added.
