“Blindspot” star is engaged to “Twilight” actor Peter Facinelli. Jaimie Alexander was seen sipping beverage and sporting a huge bauble on her ring finger in Los Angeles on April 10, according to US Weekly. While no details have been revealed about the bling, it is a cushion-cut sparkler with diamonds covering the entire band. [See The Picture Of The Ring Here]

The “Thor” actress got the huge ring from her beau during their trip to New York City last month. Facinelli asked the question to his sweetheart atop the Empire State Building. “I had a plane fly by with a banner so it was kind of a romantic scene,” he said on NBC’s “Today”. The actors, who both starred in “Nurse Jackie” on Showtime, were first linked in 2013.

Peter told that he had bought a new pair of jeans that was a little too tight for him, but all the same he tried his best to get down on one knee to propose to the 31-year-old actress. The “American Odyssey” star, 41 said that though he wasn’t able to do it properly, his girlfriend said yes to his proposal. The couple packed on the PDA as they were photographed kissing on top of the building. They have not yet shared any date for their wedding.

Jaimie meanwhile was sporting a beautiful ring in the photograph which raised suspicion that it might be her engagement ring. But, the actress clarified that her elephant ring was not an engagement ring and was gifted by Peter as a symbol of their love. “Elephants are our thing. Patience, strength + wisdom. Thank u to my thoughtful luv @peterfacinelli #ES #ElephantShoe,” Jaimie wrote on Instagram.

This will be the first marriage for Jaimie, but Peter was previously married to Jennie Garth and later got divorced in 2013. The former couple have three children together Luca, 17, Lola, 12 and Fiona, 8. Meanwhile, Facinelli's ex-wife also got engaged to boyfriend Dave Abrams on April 3 that happened to be her 43rd birthday as well. Jennie and Dave began dating last fall but confirmed their relationship in January this year.
