Actress Jaimie Alexander caught the media's attention in Nov 2013 with the daring and no underwear Azzaro Couture dress that she wore during the premiere of "Thor: The Dark World" at El Capitan Theatre in Hollywood. However, British socialite Lady Victoria Hervey stole the spotlight from her after appearing at the 2014 Golden Globes after party at the Beverly Hilton with a more revealing dress.

Lady Victoria Hervey, 37, displayed confidence as she walked down the red carpet to the Weinstein Company & Netflix after party wearing the black see-through dress of Indian fashion designer Gaurav Gupta paired with strappy black sandals, a gold clutch and her blonde hair styled in side-swept curls. The British socialite has been shocking people with her attention-grabbing dresses on the red carpet like the see-through gown she wore at the 2012 Cannes Film Festival that exposed her G-string. According to the Mail Online report, Lady Hervey's fashion choices always put her on the worst-dressed list instead of the best-dressed ones.

The controversial gown that the Indian fashion designer created is described to be "anything but ladylike." Melissa Hoyer, the style commentator of News.com.au slammed as well the revealing dress describing it to be most preposterous piece of clothing ever seen.

"What is it with this current obsession to show off every nook and cranny of your body on the red carpet? It just reeks of total publicity desperation and if that's what this offender was after, she has certainly got it," Ms Hoyer comment. As for social media reactions, one Twitter comment read: "I don't know what's more bizarre - Lady Victoria Hervey's dress or the fact that she gets invited to #GoldenGlobes."

Despite the criticisms on the revealing dress, fashion designer Gaurav Gupta gave Lady Hervey's 2014 Golden Globes look an approving shout-out on Twitter. "@Thebritishladyv love the dress on you Lady Victoria . See you when in India. You have caused lots of ripples in that dress ... Love it !!" the fashion designer posted on Twitter account@GG_Studio.

Ms Hervey responded to the tweet expressing her gratitude and admiration for Gaurav Gupta's unique creation on the dress. The aristocrat further added that she looks forward to visit India this 2014.
