It looks like Sam and Patrick's bond is getting stronger and stronger with each passing day. However, fans want to know if they are lovers or friends. Read the "General Hospital" spoilers for Dec. 29, 2014 and find out what is in store for the Port Charles residents.

The sneak peek for the week of Dec. 29, 2014 reveals that Sam and Patrick are coming closer. In the "General Hospital" sneak peek, they talk about the kiss on Christmas.

Sam asks Patrick if the kiss mean anything to him. And Patrick thinks they have something between them and he wants to explore it.

"I think we have something between us and I would like to explore it. But if you don't want to I would understand," Patrick tells Sam.

She says that she, too, wants to explore, but she is scared. Sam tells him that he is very important to her. She goes on to explain that she tried to move on with Silas in the past.

"You know I tried to move on with Silas and that didn't work out after I found out the truth about Nina it was too late and everything was done," Sam explains.

She thinks that taking their relationship to the next level might mess things up. However, Patrick is hopeful and tells her that it is possible that their relationship might get better.

Meanwhile, Nathan and Maxie's travel plans face some obstacles. They want to be together on New Year's Eve, but this latest problem can act as a speed bump. Also, Jordan's life might be in trouble.
