The Earth may just be at risk of getting wiped out by an alien nuclear attack similar to Mar's annihilation according to a physicist. Dr. John Brandenburg claims if people on Earth continue to be "too noisy" then it will just be a matter of time before the planet becomes just as deserted and without life like Mars.

Previously inhabited Mars was reduced to pieces after intelligent aliens found them rowdy according The Mirror. Humans on Earth may face a similar problem is they remain as noisy. The theory came from plasma physicist Dr John Brandenburg. According to him, the Mars attack and the death of its population happened because there is a force or entity "hostile to young, noisy, civilizations such as ourselves".

Brandenburg presented the theory at the Meeting of the American Physical Society in Illinois. He supported the idea through a study of high concentration of Xenon-129 in the planet's atmosphere. NASA's Mars Odyssey spacecraft also provided the physicist more evidence revealing components of thorium and uranium on the surface.

Despite the natural occurrence of the materials, Brandenburg pointed out that their presence may be due to thermonuclear explosion - the same explosion that caused the death of Martians. Further, he claimed that Mars shared a similar climate to Earth. It hosted a variety of animal and plant life. This puts ancient Egyptians at par with intelligent life then. He warned that Earth may face a similar fate recommending more research and travel to Mars.

"Providentially, we are forewarned of this possible aspect of the cosmos." Brandenburg explained.

"The author therefore advocates that a human mission to Mars is mounted immediately to maximise knowledge of what occurred."

The talk covering the theories came by the title: Evidence of Massive Thermonuclear Explosions in Mars Past, The Cydonian Hypothesis, and Fermi's Paradox.

Life on Mars has been a subject of debate as evidence continues to be disproved or leaked. Recently, a former NASA employee claimed that she saw men walking on Mars back in 1979 during a secret manned mission. This set conspiracy forums amok after a woman identifying herself as "Jackie" contacted Coast to Coast AM - an American radio station.

According The Daily Mail, Jackie claimed she was worked under a "downstairs" team in charge of obtaining telemetry from a Viking Lander. At that time, she saw humans walking through the live feed. NASA has not issued any supporting statement about the issue but it has set discussions all over the internet over the existence of life beyond Earth.
