X-Factor USA judge Demi Lovato allegedly has 20 naked photos now making the rounds and getting shopped around the World Wide Web.

The RadarOnline says it has in its possession Demi’s 20 nude photos, expressing fear that though the news website did not publish those racy shots, those who had gotten hold of them earlier might and make some bucks out of it. And the "smutt peddler" who sent the photos claims it's legit Demi.

The 21-year old-Latina singer has remained mum about the 20 nude photos which feature Demi nude in the bath and lying topless in her bed.

The naked woman in the photo said RadarOnline has the striking resemblance to the Heart Attack hit singer. Though the news Web site reiterated that the woman is “identical to Demi Lovato,” there’s a good chance that it may not be the X-Factor judge, added the report.

It should be interesting to note that the woman on the photo even has the same 12 black birds inked on her right forearm.

But what is more disturbing are the claims made by the person who sent the photos to RadarOnline, emphasizing that each of those photos is legit and purely Demi.

To prove his (her) point, the source of the photos pointed out some prominent parts of Demi’s body.

The photo source said, “These are Demi. The collection I have show some nude, including face, some including parts of the body Demi is known for — tattoos, butt, chin.”

The source also hinted that he (she) may have something more to prove that the woman in the photo is no one but Demi.

“Then, I have pictures of her getting rowdy… I can guarantee you these photos are legitimately of Demi,” the source added, according to The Inquistr.

The “smutt peddler”, as The Inquistr described the source who sent RadarOnline the photos, has not provided how he (she) got hold of Demi’s naked photos. But with the slew of celebrity naked photos obtained by hackers including Jessica Alba and Scarlett Johansson, it is highly likely that Demi’s photos were obtained through the same manner.

The Huffington Post recalled how Demi teased her fans early this year and tweeted: “Demi’s twitter is hacked. Want to see Demi naked? Here it is..”

When you click the link, it was directed to a naked image of a Barbie doll, said The Inquistr.

Meanwhile, the singer has tweeted her “naked” make-up free selfie on Instagram, said The Huffington Post. The photo showed her natural beauty as she looks right at the camera. It was posted with the caption that said: “"Was sooooooo sleepy yesterday #TCAs."

The photo was posted in the morning after the Teen Choice Awards 2013 on Aug. 11, featuring Demi looking sleepy and trying to have a jump start for what’s lie ahead. She performed “Made in the USA,” at the event held at the Gibson Amphitheater, Universal City, Calif.
