After six years, Christina Aguilera puts back her sailor cap on as she records an appearance for the Thanksgiving Special in The Tonight Show with Jay Leno on Wednesday.

The "Reflection" singer showed off her new slim figure in a sparkly leotard topped with black-and-gold striped shirt tied to a knot under the bust. She completed her look with nude fishnet tights and silver glittery heels from Christian Loubotin.

The Daily Mail also noticed that she was wearing the same cap she wore in the same show in 2007, when she performed Candyman.

The U.S. troops in the audience enjoyed Christina's performance accompanied with a full band and two back-up dancers wearing outfits similar to hers.

Later in the recording, the Voice coach spoke to host Jay Leno wearing a medal-adorned blazer over her earlier outfit.
It appears that she is back in full on Baby Jane mode since she first adopted the alter-ego for her 2006 album Back to Basics.

The album is rendered with jazz and soul influences, and a vintage vibe is adopted in music videos for tracks such as Ain't No Other Man, Candyman and Hurt.

The said album also served as a change in direction for the blonde singer after following her sexy rebellious image in the earlier years of her music career.

Meanwhile, Christina has also been showing off the results of her weight loss efforts since early this year, the most recent of which was her red carpet appearance at the American Music Awards where she wore a white skin-tight dress.

According to various sources, Christina credits the "1,600-calorie Fresh Diet premium meal-delivery plan, yoga, and regular sessions with trainer Tee Sorge" as her secret to her recent weight loss.

Furthermore, a source for Us Magazine says the singer's weight loss is "more of a mind-body thing for her," and that she "believes in exercise that she enjoys, doing strength work as opposed to intense cardio."
