Ana Ivanovic enjoyed a great year in the Women’s Tennis Association tour in 2014 but she’s also one of the few women’s tennis stars that has crossover appeal to modelling. In her most recent photo shoot, a feature in Venice Magazine’s multi-cover latest release for its Winter issue, Ivanovic showed off the curves and pretty face once again.

This is not the first time that Ivanovic has appeared in popular magazines. Just in 2014, she has appeared in seven other magazine covers aside from the Venice Magazine shoot and feature. Overall, she has appeared in over a hundred magazine covers, since 2005 according to her official website, www.anaivanovic.com. She also frequents public appearances for fashion events and is one of the most active on social media, particularly on Instagram, in posting her photos online.

In the accompanying article in the magazine, Ivanovic admitted that she is a shy person by nature but forgets about it when she’s playing tennis. She also credited her coach Dejan Petrovic and trainer Zlatko Novkovic for her on-court success in recent years.

“Tennis is an individual sport and fans see us perform on our own but the people around us really make it a team sport,” Ivanovic was quoted saying in the interview with the magazine. “Sure, we’re the ones executing on the court, but without their support, we wouldn’t really be having the success that we are.”

Ivanovic, who is from Belgrade, Serbia and resides in Bern, Switzerland, is one of the more popular players in the WTA tour in recent years but she’s also found success on the tennis court. In 2014, she finished inside the Top 5 at the end of year women’s rankings, the third time she achieved such feat in her career. She won a total of four WTA titles in 2014 at Auckland, Monterrey, Birmingham and Tokyo and was a runner-up twice at Stuttgart and Cincinnati. Ivanovic, who earned $2,317,649 in 2014, has a total of 15 WTA titles since turning pro in August 2003. Ivanovic is expected to be one of the consistent threats for Grand Slam and WTA titles in 2015 and also one of the sports most beautify and sexy players.
