"American Idol" Judge, Keith Urban Announces 8-Day Tour Down Under
Keith Urban's 'Light The Fuse Tour' in Australia in 2014
Australian singer, Keith Urban has announced his 8-day tour Down Under in 2014. Initial dates show that the country crooner judge’s “Light The Fuse Tour” is set to kick off in Adelaide on March 2 and will wrap up in Perth on June 29.
The “American Idol” judge is noted by the Sydney Morning Herald to be touring in all state capitals in his home soil in Australia.
His Australian tour follows a series of shows in the U.S. beginning next month, December 2013. His American tour is scheduled from December 2013 to February 2014.
The SMH said that Nicole Kidman’s husband’s tour in Australia will feature his new singles in latest album, Fuse. The shows are also set to showcase some of his hit songs including, “You’ll Think of Me,” “Without You,” “Somebody Like You,” among others.
The country rock singer also toured Down Under in 2013. He had three shows for his “The Story So Far” Tour in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne.
Organizers of Keith Urban’s Australian tour have scheduled pre-sale of concert tickets on Dec. 3. They also set the major-ticket release from Ticketek from 9am, Monday, Dec. 9, 2013.
According to the Sydney Morning Herald, the singer took to Twitter and teased his fans with a post that reads: "AUSTRALIA!! Are you ready to Light The Fuse?!"
Keith Urban returns on the tube in January 2014 as a returning judge of Fox’s “American Idol.”
