Ali Oetjen has undergone a second knee reconstruction surgery this week, and friends from "The Bachelor" had dropped by the hospital for a visit.

Prior to her surgery at St. Luke's Private Hospital, she posted over her Instagram account a photo of herself lying down with cross legs, and her hand bound in a hospital ID tag, with the caption, "Ready for my knee reconstruction surgery!! #StLukes #Hospital #anxious #fixme #sexyhospitalgown #anesthetic #chelac."

After the surgery, her friends from the show paid a visit. First were lovebirds Tim Robards and his new girlfriend, Anna Heindrich. The latter even posted a photo of the three of them in Ali's hospital room, with the caption, "Visiting this poor sausage @mrtimrobards Get better @alioetjen #hospitallove #love #friends #loveyou."

The following day, Ali's fellow bachelorettes Sarah, Katherine and Laura, who brought her 'Thai dinner, lollies and laughter' on her last night in hospital.

After the surgery, she will be spending a month with her parents in Noosa "because they have to look after me [laughs]. And they've got a pool, so I'll be doing rehab there."

The contender for Tim's heart in the Network Ten dating show injured her knee after jumping off a cruise boat, resulting to a fractured left tibia and ruptured knee ligaments.

Ali was booted out of the dating game on the last episode before the season finale, where Tim eventually chose criminal lawyer Anna. In the post-finale special After The Final Rose, Ali told Tim that she is not in love with him anymore. But in an interview with PopSugar Australia before the special, she admitted that the boot-out was "heartbreaking, but at the same time I knew that there were two amazing girls left."

The real estate broker also told PopSugar that she has not been dating ever since she left the show, but she is still in touch with the other girls.
