"2 Broke Girls" starring Kat Dennings (Max Black) and Beth Behrs (Caroline Channing) will air its Season 4, episode 8 "And The Fun Factory" on Monday, Jan. 5, 2015 at 8:00/7:00 p.m. Central on the CBS TV Network. This episode is about a factory that Max and Caroline will consider hiring as part of their expanding cupcake business. Spoiler Alert! According to the Futon Critic, in "2 Broke Girls" Season 4, episode 8 "And The Fun Factory," Caroline and Max decided to hire a factory to mass produce their new cupcake t-shirts. However, they will be highly suspicious of the work environment and its conditions after meeting up with some employees who are too enthusiastic.

Aside from Dennings and Behr, the other regular cast members of "2 Broke Girls" will also be seen in "And The Fun Factory" such as Matthew Moy (Han Lee), Garrett Morris (Earl), Jennifer Coolidge (Sophie) and Jonathan Kite (Oleg).

"2 Broke Girls" Season 4, episode 8 "And The Fun Factory" is directed by Don Scardino and written by Michael Rowe. Guest stars that will appear in this episode include James Patrick Stuart (Ace), Jonathan Kowalsky (Raul), Elizabeth Regen (Peggy), Joseph Ferrante (Rico) and Jaime Moyer (Carmen).

A sneak peek video of "And The Fun Factory" was posted on the show's official website and YouTube channel. It has some scenes which featured Han, Caroline, Max, Earl and Oleg. In the video, Han is talking to Max and company about the new iPad order system for the diner.
