It is too hard to put a smile, when you think that you are surrounded with problems, people that is hard to deal and, of course, a suffocating workload. The kind of situation that you are about to give up because you think nothing seems to motivate you at all. Most of the time, giving up is not always an option when you feel fed up. It would be better to be open to welcome a lot of options that might make you feel better.

However, rather than thinking of all the worst life can offer. It can be the start to think of the following reason why you have to smile even if you think things are not falling into their right places.
1. Smile, to the new beginning: Consider yourself as lucky that no matter how long or short your sleep hours is, you manage to wake up and witness the sun as it rises. It is always a good feeling to welcome a new day with a new purpose.
2. Help brighten someone’s day: You may think yourself to be the worst one, but you never know the smile you put can have a strong impact to brighten someone’s day. Think all the time that you have the ability to lighten others mood especially when they are facing a bad day.
3. Better embrace positive vibes: It would be better to deal the whole day being optimistic and hopeful in every way. Easy to say but hard to do but definitely worthy enough to try. Always spread positive vibes.
4. Best way to cover up your true emotions: The power of a smile is too unpredictable, a scapegoat to assure others that you are okay. A simple smile can have that tendency to make you feel better even just for awhile.
5. Be open to the possibility of meeting new friends: When you are afraid to initiate to introduce yourself, take a moment to smile and you’ll be surprised on the result. It is always a great feeling to meet new people and build a possible lasting relationship with them.
6. Have a healthy mind, body and soul: Even the little smile can help you think of happy thoughts that are definitely important in maintaining a healthy mind, body and soul.
7. It helps to improve confidence: When you think everything is wrong, bear in mind to chin-up and smile with confidence all the time. It may not be that easy to be confident but as along as you have trust yourself enough, everything will fall into their right places.
8. Lessen the chances of having wrinkles: Smiling can really help lessen the chances of getting wrinkles according to experts. Try to smile always and keep in mind: No one wants to look old at a very young age.
9. Make yourself beautiful inside and out: Forget about all the beauty remedies available in the market. To stay beautiful inside and out, you just have to make it a habit of smiling as it will make you feel new and fresh always.
10. You only live once and you have to make the best out of it: Don't waste your time doing things that will just ruin your day. it would be better to keep in mind that whatever you do, give your best and think that the time, effort and the smile you put is priceless.
