On Nov. 10, the Vivo X5 Max was spotted at TENNA, a certification body in China. According to the listing with TENNA, the Vivo X5 Max is slimmer than Oppo R5, which currently holds the title of the thinnest handset in the world. The Oppo R5 is 4.85 mm thick whereas the Vivo X5 Max is 4.75 mm thick. Now details of another Vivo handset have emerged from the forum site of Vivo. The Vivo Xplay 5S has been listed there along with its specifications.

On Vivo’s forum site, an image of the Vivo Xplay 5S can be seen. According to GSMArena, customers need to be careful about the speculations coming from the company as many rumours from the company have turned out false in the past.

Android Headlines states that in the first image, the Vivo Xplay 5S can be seen placed over the MacBook Air and the handset appears to be very slim. In the second image, the front portion of the handset can be seen, and it appears quite fake. The third image shows off the rear of the Xplay 5S with a fingerprint sensor placed under the camera. What's interesting to note is that the handset shown in the third image does not match the first two images.

According to the report, the most interesting feature of the Xplay 5S is its thickness, which is only 3.94 mm. The handset will also feature a large display screen of 6 inches which will support a quad HD resolution of 2560 x 1400 pixels. It will be powered by a Snapdragon 805 processor, which is complemented with 3 GB of RAM. The quad-core processor will support a clocking speed of 2.7 GHz.

The rear side of the handset is fitted with an 8 MP camera, and on the front there's a 1.9 MP camera. The handset will run on Android v4.4. KitKat, which will be overlaid with an UI from Vivo.

The Vivo Xplay 5S will be a dual-SIM phone, which will support 4G LTE connectivity. The handset will be powered by a massive battery of 3,500 mAh capacity.
