Filming has wrapped for “Outlander” season 4. Cast members Sam Heughan (Jamie), Caitriona Balfe (Claire), and John Bell (Young Ian) have released videos from the production set. The producers have shared pictures and congratulated the team for successfully completing another year of filming.

After working hard for months, the cast members can finally get some much deserved rest. In a video released online from the production set, Balfe faked sleep, while Heughan announced the end of filming [see below].

Balfe can be seen wearing another red dress and Heughan is in his typical attire. The actress can be seen getting some coffee that has something extra in it, and the two cast members exit the video.

Cast member Lauren Lyle (Marsali) also shared a post and a behind-the-scenes video from the set [see below]. In her post she congratulated everyone, and the video shows Richard Rankin (Roger) enjoying a drink.

Bell also shared a video from the set in full costume [see below]. He is accompanied by the dog Dewey, which will be playing Rollo on the show. The actor said that he can’t wait for the fans to see the show, and added that he’s sure the fans will love Young Ian and his pet.

Incidentally, the last day of the filming is also Executive Producer Ronald D. Moore’s birthday. The TV series team wished him online [see below]. Moore did not appear in any of the pictures or videos from the set.

Co-executive Producer Maril Davis shared pictures from the first day of filming and the last day of filming [see below]. She is accompanied by Co-executive Producer Matthew B. Roberts and Supervising Producer Karen Campbell in both the pictures.

The last couple of days have been night shoots, which must have been particularly taxing for the cast and crew. Davis joked that the night shoots are a good practice for a wrap party.
