Retailers and carriers in the UK will be offering the Nokia Lumia 630 together with the Nokia Lumia 930 and 635 Windows Phone 8.1 handsets so the interested consumers can now get their hands on the smartphone announced last April at the Microsoft Build Developer Conference held in San Francisco, California. The release date of the Nokia Lumia 630 in the UK will start on May 29, 2014.

According to the GSMArena report, retailers such as Carphone Warehouse, Tesco and Amazon UK will offer the Nokia Lumia 630 smartphone. Additionally, UK carriers EE and O2 will also be offering the Windows Phone handset on a contract.

The Nokia Lumia 630 will be put up for sale unlocked with a pricing scheme set at £89.95 (US$151). The available colour choices for the latest Windows Phone handset include bright yellow, bright orange, bright green, white and black.

Meanwhile, the WMPoweruser report claims Unlocked-Mobiles.com has the unlocked and SIM-free Nokia Lumia 630 in stock with worldwide shipping available. The colours green and yellow are currently in stock for the Nokia Lumia 630 smartphone with a price set at £149.98 (US$253) for the offer. As for the Nokia Lumia 635 pricing scheme, there are no details available. However, the LTE-packing device is estimated to be priced at approximately £130-£150 (US$219-US$252).

The Nokia Lumia 630 sports a 4.5-inch FWVGA ClearBlack IPS LCD capacitive touch screen display with the protective layer of the Corning Gorilla Glass 3, 854 x 480 pixel resolution, 1.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor, 512MB of RAM, 8GB of internal storage capacity that can be expanded up to 128GB through the microSD card slot available and free 7GB of CloudDrive storage.

Additional features and specs of the Windows Phone 8.1 handset include the 129.5 x 66.7 x 9.2 mm dimensions, weight of 134 grams, a 5MP primary camera without a secondary camera, Adreno 305 GPU, 1830 mAh Li-Ion battery with talk time up to 16 hours on 2G while 13 hours on 3G and music play up to 58 hours, Wi-Fi hotspot, Bluetooth 4.0 with A2DP and microUSB 2.0.
