“Neighbours” posted a sneak peek of Friday’s episode on its Facebook page. In the clip, Lauren confronts Brad about keeping her in the dark. Brad explains that he talked to Terese because she will stay calm when he and Lauren are falling apart. Brad realises that Lauren’s struggling to accept what’s happening. Lauren asks Brad to keep fighting. He replies that he’s not giving up, but admits that he’s scared of not going to make it, which is why he’s putting everything in order if he doesn’t.

Digital Spy reports that Lauren seeks Karl’s help to find out what’s wrong with Brad. Despite being on leave, Karl lends a hand to Lauren. He finally discovers the root cause of Brad’s deteriorating condition, but it may be too late to save the patient. Worse, Angus asks Ben to put a tattoo on him, not realising that Ned’s ink is laced with poison.

Another preview video shows Simone insisting to Paige that she and Jack are meant to be together. Paige reminds her that Jack is a priest, but Simone doesn’t care. Jack’s ex-girlfriend then orders Paige to leave Jack so he could realise the person he should be with: Simone. Digital Spy spoilers suggest that Jack reveals to Simone that he’s still in love with Paige and the manipulative woman turns things around for her favour.

Spoilers also hint that Mark, Steph and Sonya go through the IVF process. However, they receive some terrible news resulting in Steph’s devastating decision.

“Neighbours” recap

On Thursday, Leo and David disagreed about chasing after Bradley. David wanted to look for him, worried about his injuries, but Leo didn’t want his brother losing his job over someone who may or may not be their loser father. Leo stormed out of the hospital, didn’t go home that night and ignored David’s calls. Worried, his brother searched for him everywhere. David spotted Amy and asked if she’d seen his brother, and Amy told him about their foiled date. David explained to her about what happened.

Amy saw Leo putting up a poster about the Melbourne Cup. She tried to talk to him about their issue, but he brushed it off, looking like he didn’t care at all. However, it seemed he’s shaken by the whole thing after all – Terese noticed that he’s off with work. Shortly after, David finally saw Leo and told him about finding Bradley’s ex-wife online. David invited Leo to go with him and talk to her that afternoon. During their discussion, the Tanaka brothers realised that Bradley has a striking resemblance to Leo – they were both stylish, charming and can be quite a playboy. She then revealed that Bradley had drinking problems, sending his life out of control.

Afterwards, Amy bumped into Leo again and he shared what they learned about Bradley. Leo said Bradley was described as shallow and unworthy – the same words that Amy hurled towards him. Leo reckoned that he’s exactly like his father, but Amy assured him he’s a good person. She invited him for drinks, but he refused. Later, Amy opened up to Aaron about Leo. Aaron discouraged her from being too friendly with Leo or else risk of being hurt or disappointed. Amy agreed, promising to steer clear from the Tanakas.

At the hospital, David updated Brad about his condition, which is still not looking good. Lauren and Paige arrived and got concerned about Brad’s health status. Brad assured Lauren that there’s nothing to worry about. Once alone, Brad called Terese and asked her to go to the hospital right away. She arrived just as Toadie was leaving, and Brad told her that they just finalised his will. Brad revealed to her that he’s getting worse and he still has no idea what’s happening to his body. He said he needs to be practical and get everything in order just in case something happens.

Brad then asked her that if his condition continue to deteriorate, to ensure the weekly payments for his bank account. It appeared that Brad’s been sending money to Ned, who continues to be in trouble. Brad requested Terese not to mention anything about it to Lauren. Despite her hesitations, Terese agreed to take over the payments. Later, Terese bumped into Lauren, and she couldn’t help but say that Brad may not be as well as Lauren thinks he is. Terese admitted to Lauren that Brad thinks he’s dying, which is why he’s finalising his will.
