A new system update for the Xbox One has been released, bringing with it an onslaught of requested features. After being passed on to early preview adopters, Microsoft has released the update to the public. Microsoft reported via the Xbox Wire that the early preview members praised the new features in the latest update.

The most requested feature that has gotten fans excited is the ability to take screenshots on the Xbox One. This can be done as easily as double-tapping the Xbox button for the screenshot and clicking on Y to save it. Those with the Kinect can also opt to use the voice command.

Screenshots taken with the Xbox One can now be managed via the Upload app. It recently received an update. Now users can set screenshots as backgrounds, send as attachments in messages, share via the activity feed or share via Twitter or OneDrive.

There’s a suggested friends feature to add more contacts via the Xbox One. It will also bring up community broadcasters and video clip makers to expand one’s library of content. Name sharing is also an added feature, with Microsoft bringing two ways of sharing real names. Players can either choose to share it with all their friends or with the entire Xbox Live community. A quick view list of the other features coming with the Xbox One March System Update can be seen below:

- Party chat enhancements

- Tile transparency

- Voice search privacy

- Report spam

For those in Australia, support for OneGuide is now available with the latest update. In addition, the Xbox Digital TV Tuner can now be pre-purchased via the online Microsoft Store, though it will be available on March 25.

The Xbox One has gone through a lot of updates since its release. And it appears that Microsoft is making it easier for fans to purchase an Xbox One. Major Nelson announced a new Xbox One bundle featuring “Halo: The Master Chief Collection.” The new bundle will be available this March worldwide.

The contents of the bundle include the Xbox One console, controller and digital download codes for the entire collection. This will allow players to experience “Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary,” “Halo 2: Anniversary,” “Halo 3” and “Halo 4” at only $349.

This bundle is inclusive of 45 campaign missions with over 100 multiplayer and Spartan ops maps. “Halo: The Master Chief Collection” brings justice to the franchise in 1080p and 60fps resolution. Since “Halo” has also extended into live-action territory made possible by Ridley Scott, the Xbox One bundle will also give access to the digital series.
