With the closing of the Conrad Murray trial, people seem to want more information about Michael Jackson-whether in his final hours or the course of his life.

Enter long time friend and manager, Frank Cascio's book "My Friend Michael."

Imagine if you were an accomplice of the King of Pop while he played pranks on unsuspecting diners in Italy, imagine Michael Jackson himself cleaning you house good naturedly and ribbing you about the mess you make as a friend would.

How about spending Thanksgiving, Christmas and birthdays with him? Pretty surreal stuff, right? Well, not for Cascio, who met Michael when he was 13 through his father, and at 18, became manager to 1 of the most successful and iconic performers in music history.

In a series of interviews with ABC News, Cascio opens up about his strong and close relationship with Michael as well as the book that is being dubbed as an "unprecedented look at Michael Jackson's life." In the first of the series, he describes how Jackson would often drop by his family home unannounced and would play pranks on him while he was half asleep.

Cascio lights up when talking about how he and Jackson used to play pranks on each other such as giving each other dozens of boxes of tampons with the receiver of the gift graciously accepting. Cascio also spoke about how childlike and silly the celebrated singer was when he was just Michael, as opposed to being seen as "Michael Jackson, King of Pop."

Towards the end of the series, Cascio also becomes frank about his falling out with Jackson during the second molestation allegations, the financial ruin that Jackson himself acknowledged and how being a father was what Jackson wanted to be and was indeed, the best thing he has ever done.
