A woman in South Africa reacted in an incredible way when she encountered a dead shark on the beach. She asked one of the onlookers on the beach to check what was inside the shark as she found some movement in the dead shark's stomach.

The woman, who shot the video of the entire process, asked a man to check what was inside the dead shark's stomach. The man cut the dead shark only to find out that it was pregnant with three live baby sharks. The man showed extra care while helping the dead mother give birth to her babies who seemed to be in perfect health. The entire action was capture in a video, apparently with a mobile phone, that showed the man doing the "surgery." The incident took place in Cape Town as the video captures the graphic details of what can be compared with a C-Section surgery in humans.

Mirror reported that the video had captured a "remarkable" sight even though the clip might seem to be "gruesome" and "graphic" for some. The baby sharks seemed to be healthy even though their mother was dead. While the man used his knife in quite an expert manner, he seemed to hesitate in handling the young sharks. The probable reason could be that sharks are born with a complete set of teeth. Baby sharks are said to be completely independent as they need to swim away as soon as they are born so that they don't get eaten by their own mother. That is why the baby sharks in the video are expected to suffer from no negative effects by the way they had been given birth.

The man, who cuts and takes the baby sharks out of their mother's stomach, took them to the sea as well so that they could swim away. Onlookers scream in excitement as the video captures the man cutting sacks three times and throwing three baby sharks in to deeper water. The Independent reported that one of the witnesses had said that it was the "coolest thing" he had ever seen.

The video was uploaded on YouTube by bodhispeak last Dec 1. The video has been viewed nearly 400,000 times when last checked. "This video is a good example of respect to all forms of life," the description of the video says.
