Canadian teen pop sensation Justin Bieber has again dominated the U.S. pop album chart as he scored his second No.1 album at Billboard 200 Wednesday.

According to Reuters, Bieber's "Never Say Never: The Remixes” when tied with his "Justin Bieber: Never Say Never" 3D concert movie has been recorded with the highest count for a top album since December last year.

Citing the data from Nielsen SoundScan, Reuters noted that Bieber's "Never Say Never: The Remixes" has sold 161,000 copies during the week that ended February 20. This is the first time for a Billboard 200 No. 1 album to sell more than 160,000 copies after Taylor Swift made the record for her album, “Speak Now” last year.

Bieber’s first No. 1 album was recorded in April 2010 with the release of “My World 2.0”, sold at 283,000 copies.

The teen sensation has continued to make more firsts in his singing career as he is now recorded as the first artist with all of his four albums to be on the top 40 this week in more than a decade: "My Worlds 2.0" is No. 8, "My Worlds Acoustic" is No. 18, and "My World" is No. 31. Reuters noted that the teen hitmaker came next to Garth Brooks who had the same feat in 1993.

The teen phenomenon’s big week, added Reuters is complemented by the equal success of his 3D film, "Justin Bieber: Never Say Never" which is recorded to rake in a staggering $48 million worth of ticket sales after two weekends of release across North America.

Though he went home empty-handed at the 53rd Grammy awards two weeks ago, his performance with Usher is believed to have increased the sale and contributed to his second No.1 album. And for that, Justin Bieber is one big winner, after edging many of his co-artists he was competing against at the biggest awards night in the music industry last month.

Now this is one good reason to bring back a smile on Justin Bieber’s grim face on Tuesday after a brawl with a paparazzi buzzing him and his girlfriend, Selena outside a Los Angeles Italian restaurant. The unfortunate incident had prompted the teen pop sensation to salute the photographer using his 'mid-Bieber-finger', to everyone’s surprise. Bieber had subsequently apologized over the incident to his millions of tween fans on his Twitter account early Wednesday.
