Just the day before its time to wrap up the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2016, HTC teased the upcoming and long rumoured One M10. This indicates, that release date of HTC One M10, reportedly the company’s next flagship device is imminent.

On Feb. 24, the Taiwanese tech giant posted the first teaser of HTC One M10 on its official Twitter account.

The image posted on Twitter accompanied a hashtag “powerof10,” which clearly indicates that the name will contain the number 10. The smartphone is also been rumoured to carry a codename of Perfume.

Earlier this month, noted leakster Evan Blass mentioned on his Twitter account that the HTC One M10 flagship device will be launched in the week of May 9. However, there is no official confirmation on the name and release date of the HTC One M10.

Earlier rumours suggested that HTC will intentionally skip the MWC 2016 to launch its upcoming flagship in anticipation of getting outshined by Samsung, LG and Xiaomi. All the three aforementioned tech OEMs unveiled their flagships at the world’s largest mobile trade show.

Here is a quick recap of the speculated HTC One M10 specs. The device is believed to be the first smartphones in the One M series to come with a Quad HD resolution screen.

Under the hood, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor will reportedly power the HTC One M10 as compared to its predecessor, the HTC One M9, which is equipped with a Snapdragon 810 SoC. The smartphone is also speculated to sport an Adreno 530 GPU.

The One M10 is also rumoured to sport a 12-megapixel IMX377 rear-facing camera sensor by Sony with laser autofocus and phase detection autofocus.

Other rumoured HTC One M10 specs include 4GB of RAM, 32 GB of internal storage, up to 200GB of expandable memory and Android 6.0 Marshmallow. However, the company is yet to confirm the rumoured specs.
