The IPTL just finished its third leg held in New Delhi from Dec. 6 to Dec. 8. The Taj Mahal, which is considered a UNESCO world heritage site, was built between 1631 and 1648 by order of the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his wife. Since its contruction, it has attracted tourists from all over the world. It attracts approximately 8 million visitors every year, as stated on its official site. More than half a million tourists come from different countries. Most tourists reportedly opt to visit the Taj Mahal in the months of October, November and February.
