Samsung Galaxy Mega 2 Reportedly Cleared by FCC: Five Fresh Features to Expect from Android Smart Phone
It seems that South Korean tech giant Samsung is already at the finishing stage of rumoured Samsung Galaxy Mega 2. Words have spread recently that the smart gadget has already been cleared by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC).
Here are five fresh features to expect from the Android smart phone when it hits the market.
Lightning Fast Processor and Updated OS
According to an article from GSM Arena, Samsung Galaxy Mega 2 will be powered by quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 processor with Adreno 306 GPU clocked at 1.2GHz. It will reportedly run on Android 4.4.3 KitKat operating system. Given this lightning fast processor, smart phone users will be able to do multiple activities at the same time like browsing the Web, playing games, checking emails, or listening to audio.
Picture Perfect Camera
The Tech Times reported that Samsung Galaxy Mega 2 will come with a 12-megapixel rear facing camera and 5-megapixel front-facing camera. This picture perfect camera allows smart phone users who are fond of snapping selfies and other photographs to have unlimited hours of picture taking moments and enjoy a clear and crisp picture as a result.
Just Right Display Screen
GSM Arena also mentioned that Samsung Galaxy Mega 2 will have a 5.9-inch display and has a measurement off 164.4 x 85 mm. This size is not as big as the Samsung Galaxy Mega 6.3 but not as small as the Samsung Galaxy Mega 5.8. Instead, many smart phone users find the Samsung Mega 2's size as just right.
Expandable Memory
The same sources also mentioned that Samsung Galaxy Mega 2 will have 2 GB of RAM and 8 GB of internal memory. But what many smart phone users find more interesting is the capability of the smart phone to expand up to 64 GB via the microSD slot.
Plethora of Sensors and Apps
The above-mentioned Web site also said that Samsung Galaxy Mega 2 will have a plethora of sensors and apps. The smart gadget will reportedly come out with accelerometer, compass, light sensor, gyroscope, and proximity sensor. It will also have a Bluetooth and Wi-Fi capability.
There is no exact release date yet as to when will Samsung Galaxy Mega 2 will really be released in the market but having passed through the FCC certification, the wait will not be long.
