Getting hippy? Check out some of the cool retro moves below.

Running Man

Running Man is one of the classic and the signature move of the 80’s. To do the running man, lunge forward and switch your legs, while pushing your arms forward and pulling them back. It’s like stationary running – you will never get anywhere! Once you know how to do it, repeat it over and over again and do it faster.

Sprinkler

Another popular 80’s move is the Sprinkler. This is where you put one arm behind your head and straighten out the other arm to the side. Pump your bent arm behind your head and move the straight arm like a sprinkler.

Grape Vine

To do the grape vine, alternate stepping one foot forward and one foot backwards 3 times while stepping to the side. Then do it again while going the opposite direction. Push your arms up and down and there goes the grape vine.
