Virtually all the smartphones released recently feature bigger screen size. In fact, many of them flaunt 5.5-inch+ display size and hence, the phablet war is getting bigger and better. The recent addition to the existing trend set by Android handsets is Apple's iOS-powered iPhone 6 Plus. On the other hand, Samsung's Note series of handsets have always boasted gigantic displays and the recently released Galaxy Note 4 is not an exception. According to a recent poll, the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 upstages the Apple iPhone 6 Plus with a striking margin.

Phone Arena conducted an online poll, asking the readers to vote for their favourite device among the Note 4 and the iPhone 6 Plus. With the demand and popularity of the Apple device soaring day in and day out, one would expect Apple to win the poll. However, a huge majority reportedly voted for the well-deserved Galaxy Note 4.

It is worth noting that both phablets have many features in common, like the obvious huge displays, colour-accurate screens, premium builds and the excellent cameras. Nonetheless, they differ in many other categories. On the software side, the Apple handset runs on iOS 8, while the Samsung device runs on Android OS. Also, the iPhone 6 Plus is staggeringly thin and constructed with aluminium material, whereas the Note 4 flaunts the blended look derived from both plastic and metal frame.

Based on the votes accumulated at this point, the iPhone 6 Plus scored 1634 votes i.e. 27.14 percent, whereas the Note 4 garnered a whopping total of 4387 votes i.e. 72.85 percent. Additionally, voters sided with the Note 4 yet again with a solid 82.29 percent, when it comes to "display" preference.

In the case of "user interface," Samsung's cutting-edge configurations have paid off and hence it amassed 70.74 percent of votes. Speaking of camera, there is no stopping the Samsung device and here again, the Note 4 collected 76.86 percent, while the iPhone 6 Plus could only manage 23.14 percent of votes.
