Fans of "American Idol" should watch out for the newest judges to join the talent show. With Randy Jackson and Mariah Carey already aboard, can Nicki Minaj and Keith Urban bring the ratings back on "Idol"?

The judges for "American Idol" are now complete. Mariah Carey, Nicki Minaj and Keith Urban joins original judge, Randy Jackson, for the show's season twelve. The new recruits have taken the seats from former judges Steven Tyler and Jennifer Lopez.

"It's official, your new #IdolJudges are @MariahCarey, @NickiMinaj, @KeithUrban & @Yo_RandyJackson!" Ryan Seacrest, the show's host, tweeted on Sunday morning.

Just last month, rumors that Nicki will join the show began to circulate with claims that Mariah Carey was not happy about the producer's decision. There were speculations that Mariah wanted to be the sole female in the judging panel.

But since Nicki is now officially an "Idol" judge, it looks like the two divas just have to work swimmingly together. Meanwhile, 42-year-old singer Keith Urban was the last and final revelation for the "Idol" seat.

According to Hollywood Reporter, Mariah is the highest paid judge amongst the four, with an $18 million talent fee for a year. In addition to that, she is also the current highest paid judge on a singing competition show. Minaj will only take home $8 million while Urban snagged $4 million.

Although Mariah is known for her diva attitude, she might find Nicki Minaj as a serious competition. With her eccentric style, Minaj can most definitely overwhelm the veteran singer.

Arriving at the Jazz at the Lincoln Center in New York, the two ladies already displayed how different they are when it comes to fashion. Nicki, with her bright colored poufy hair sported a white blazer to cover her bustier. She matched it with skinny pants and sky-high mint heels.

Mariah Carey looked like she's attending a serious meeting. The singer wore everything in black from her sunglasses, her dress coat to her pumps.

Ryan Seacrest then tweeted a picture of the judges while they officially take on their seats. "American Idol" auditions for season 12 will kick off Sunday in New York.
