Two teams that have surprisingly split their first four games meet Thursday night when the Buffalo Bills visit the Cleveland Browns. Both the teams carry 2-2 win-loss cards to the game and the winner of this Thursday Night Football match-up will enter the weekend as the leader in the AFC North.

When the Browns traded away running back Trent Richardson after a 0-2 start, everyone was in agreement that the franchise was looking forward to rebuilding from scratch and notch this season as yet another failure.

Two weeks later, the Browns have won back-to-back games and back in the playoff discussion.

The Browns beat the Minnesota Vikings, 31-27 in Week 3 and then defeated the Cincinnati Bengals, 17-6 in Week 4. Quarterback Brian Hoyer, who is from Lakewood, Ohio in Cleveland, has had a good run under center so far.

In two games as a starter, he has a total of 590 passing yards (55-of-92 or 59.8 per cent completion) with 5 touchdowns and 3 interceptions.

The Bills meanwhile has had an up-and-down campaign so far, alternating losses and wins since their opening day defeat to the New England Patriots, 21-23.

The two wins came against the Carolina Panthers (24-23) in Week 2 and versus the Baltimore Ravens (23-20) in Week 4.
