Kim Kardashian and husband Kanye West’s second baby is due on Christmas. Sources claimed the reality TV star’s doctors have purposely scheduled it on Jesus’ birthday due to health concerns.

Sources close to Kim and Kanye told TMZ that the couple have already been told by their doctors about their second baby’s due date. The doctors reportedly want the baby out on Christmas Day to avoid any health issues regarding Kim’s pregnancy.

It’s reported that the “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” star suffers from a serious pregnancy condition, identified by the New York Daily News as placenta accrete. Sources claimed it’s always a risk during Kim’s pregnancy since the blood vessels and other parts of her placenta grow too deeply into her uterine wall. This condition poses serious health risks not just to Kim but also to her baby.

Kim had the condition when she was pregnant with North and was told that it may recur with her second pregnancy. That’s why her doctors are not taking any health risks and want to ensure she and her baby remains safe.

Kim had previously spoken about her condition during her September cover interview for C Magazine. If her placenta accrete recurs with her second baby, then she said she’s ready to have her uterus removed.

Kim is still two months away from giving birth to her second child with Kanye. However, sources claimed the couple have already booked a Deluxe Maternity Suite at Cedars-Sinai in Los Angeles. Photos of the expensive suite, which costs around $4,000 a day (around AU$5000), are posted by the New York Daily News. Special privileges come with the price, including a personal doula to assist with the delivery, a hair stylist and a manicurist. Like staying in a hotel room, the suite has a full-sized bath tub with showers, a living room area complete with a flat-screen TV.
