Khloe Kardashian's new boyfriend French Montana has recently revealed his desire to propose to the reality TV star and marry her, but on one condition - Khloe has to settle his pending divorce with estranged husband Lamar Odom. A new report claims that the divorce may not take place between Khloe and Lamar.

According to Hollywood Life, Khloe isn't really too keen to finish the paper work in their divorce proceeding. The Superior Court of California County reportedly sent both Khloe and Lamar an alert stating that divorce is still pending, but Khloe did not respond to the notification.

"Even though she has been dating French Montana," Hollywood Life wrote. "There is no indication that Khloe is moving forward with the divorce."

The entertainment news Web site further reported that Khloe and Lamar have to make a decision soon. Otherwise, both parties will be called by the court for a status conference where they can discuss the divorce, whether or not they will push it or call it off altogether.

On Dec. 3, Khloe posted yet another cryptic message on Instagram. Although she didn't say for whom the message is for, people speculated that the message talks about her failed marriage with Lamar.

Meanwhile, Lamar has been reported to be all for reconciliation, but also willing to sign the papers just to appease Khloe. All that Khloe needs to do is come up to him and tell him and he would be more than ready to give her the divorce she wants.

In another news article by Hollywood Life, it is said that Lamar isn't trying to hide from Khloe. The source revealed that Lamar definitely wants a second chance with Khloe, but if the reality TV star doesn't want to be with him anymore, he would let her go for good. He has his black pen ready and he can sign the divorce papers to finally make it official.

Khloe filed for divorce from Lamar on Dec. 13, 2013. They were married for four years before Khloe decided to apply for divorce, following months of struggles in their marriage surrounding Lamar's alleged drug abuse and infidelity.
