Some of the biggest chart-toppers in the music industry gathered together for the second annual iHeartRadio festival. And just like any other live concerts, something unexpected is bound to happen.

Thousands of fans that packed at the MGM Grand Theater in Las Vegas are in for some surprises that day. Billie Joe Armstrong, frontman of Green Day, had his audience surprised when he suddenly flipped and lost his temper. The audience were caught off guard when the rockstar started cursing on stage.

Billie's impromptu rant was due to the advice that the bands set will be one minute cut short. It was then preceded with a classic rock-and-roll stage antic where the band members trashed their instruments on stage.

During their performance of "Basket Case", Billie who was clearly annoyed stopped in the middle of his performance and started to curse.

"I'm going to play a f---ing new song. F--- this sh--. Gimme a f---ing break. One minute left. One minute f---ing left. You're going to give me one minute," he said furiously.

Justin Bieber who wasn't even part of the show or was neither present at the music fest caught some of the rocker's rants.

"I'm not f---ing Justin Bieber, you mother----ers. You've got to be f---ing joking. I got one minute. One minute left. Now I got nothing left," he said. Some people from the audience were guessing that Billie must have been drunk or must have taken something before he performed on stage.

Green Day's trash talking wasn't the only surprise for the audience that day. Pink joined No Doubt in a surprised performance of the bands hit single "Just a Girl." Keyshia Cole also surprised the crowd when she shared the stage with Lil Wayne for their collaboration of the song "Enough of No Love."
