After waltzing to Adele’s “Turning Tables” with her pro partner Val Chmerkovskiy in “Most Memorable Year” Week 4 on “Dancing With The Stars” on April 6 Rumer Willis couldn’t hold back her tears and broke down about being bullied in the initial stages of her life in Hollywood. After her powerful tear-jerking performance the actress and singer got candid and told that as a teenager she was not comfortable in her own skin. She said it was very difficult for her to grow up under constant scrutiny with celebrity parents like Bruce Willis and Demi Moore, according to US Weekly.

The 26-year-old eldest daughter of the former couple told that she even considered getting plastic surgery at one point of time. But she was helped by a family friend to get out of the crisis and even her little sister Tallulah inspired her. Rumer informed that Tallulah was in rehab and she never tried to hide from her own shortcomings, in fact she was cool about it.

She recalled how people told she looked like a man more than a girl and constantly compared her to her gorgeous mom Demi. “People would say I looked like a man or something called a 'buttaface', which means everything good but her face, or potato head was the big term that everyone used a lot, basically making fun of the way I looked,” said the actress. Besides, Rumer revealed that she shares a strong bond with her sisters that include her two-half-sisters from her dad’s second marriage to Emma Heming.

Rumer’s mum Demi and their close family friend Glenn Close got emotional during the star’s dance and her candid confession. Even her grandmom Marlene Willis was there in the audience and proudly beamed at her. Rumer told the audience that there will always be two sets of people one who like someone and others who don’t. But judgements should always be based on what an individual thinks and never on what people have to say. She said everyone has to search for answers within themselves whether it pertains to career, friendships or romantic relationships. Meanwhile Val had only good things to say about his celebrity dance partner. He told that Rumer is a great friend and an incredible person beyond the dance floor.
