Australian supermodel Miranda Kerr has just shared with social media followers she said yes to marriage proposal by her beau, Snapchat CEO Evan Spiegel. The Victoria's Secret model is now officially engaged, as confirmed by her recent Instagram photo upload.

The 33-year old model announced her new relationship status with an image showing a cartoon couple, supposedly a custom Snapchat filter, in which a man is down on one knee proposing to a woman, with the words “Marry me!” written across the photo. The cute graphic is just a minute detail in the photo compared to the huge diamond ring Kerr was wearing.

“I said yes,” the Aussie supermodel captioned the photo.

Kerr and Spiegel reportedly met at a Louis Vuitton dinner party in New York back in 2014. The former wife of Orlando Bloom has become good friends with Spiegel since then. They began dating in 2015, though it was only recently that the two made their relationship public, when they made a red carpet appearance at a pre-2016 Grammy Awards last February. Then on March Kerr posted a photo in Instagram, further making their relationship publicly official.

"He's just a really kind person and very genuine and very authentic and I really appreciate that about him," Kerr told E! News. "And also he's very intelligent."

Miranda Kerr is known to be the first Australian to be hailed a Victoria’s Secret Angel and is considered to be one of the world’s highest-earning model. Kerr is also an entrepreneur, having launched her own brand of organic skincare products, KORA organics. She was married to Hollywood actor Orlando Bloom from 2010 to 2013. They have one child together, five-year-old Flynn Christopher Bloom. The dad-to-be or groom-to-be, Evan Spiegel, 26, is one of Forbes’ youngest billionaires to date, thanks to Snapchat.
