Juventus playmaker Arturo Vidal could be on the brink of joining English giants Manchester United, after Andrea D'Amico - Sebastian Giovinco's agent - revealed that the Chilean star is bound to leave Turin.

"Vidal and Pogba? One of the two will leave," the representative told Sky Sports Italia.

"I'll go a step further I'm convinced Vidal will certainly leave."

The 27-year-old, who initially made a name for himself at Bayer Leverkusen after having been discovered as a teen at Colo-Colo, was a part of the three-time Scudetti-winning Bianconeri squad that ruled the Serie A since the 2011/12 term until last season.

Despite the said feat, it is believed that Vidal is looking to move to a club that can give him the opportunity to conquer Europe, particularly the Champions League, which is a continuing ambition that has been ingrained in the culture of the Red Devils.

The Santiago native, whose suggested market value is around £40million, could cost United as much as £60million.
