USA Network has yet to announce the return date for "Suits" Season 4. Aaron Korsh, creator of "Suits," is expecting that it will return in Jan. 2015. On Nov. 8, he said on Twitter that they will finish filming the finale of Season 4 in a couple of weeks. He also revealed that some of the old characters are coming back and there is a possibility that a new recurring character will be introduced. Harvard Law professor Gerard, the role played by Gabriel Macht's real-life father, Stephen Macht, is set to make an appearance in one of the upcoming episodes.

Gabriel Macht portrays the role of Harvey Specter. Stephen Macht said to The Hollywood Reporter (THR): "Reprising my role as Professor Gerard on Suits is an opportunity of a lifetime for a father. As a former drama professor who once coached 15-year-old Gabriel in the role of Cyrano de Bergerac, I now experience the reality of a role reversal. Gabriel coaches me as Professor Gerard; the student has become the teacher."

He also told THR that in real-life, they share an "edgy, raw emotional honesty." This is what drives their scenes. He called it "plain fun." Stephen Macht first appeared in Season 3 episode 12, "Yesterday's Gone."

Meanwhile, as previously reported, Patrick J Adams's real-life fiancée Troian Bellisario is making an appearance in the show. Korsh has revealed on Twitter that she will be appearing in episode 13. Adam, who plays the character of Mike Ross, is donning the director's hat for episode 14. Korsh has said that Bellisario's character will be playing Mike's love interest in the past. Her character's name is Claire and she will be appearing in a flashback scene. Claire seems to have met Mike when he was working as a bike-messenger.

Variety has described the character of Claire as someone who is an "idealistic law student and volunteer at a social services law clinic." Also in the upcoming episodes, Harvey's brother or mother is going to be introduced, not both of them, according to Korsh.

"Suits" has already been renewed for Season 5.
