‘Sniper: Ghost Warrior 3’ release date: Reinvention of game may delay release in April
“Sniper: Ghost Warrior 3” release date may be delayed until further notice. This is caused by a reinvention of the open-world game. However, pre-orders of the game are available now.
Contrary to reports, it seems the game will be released not too long from its initial release date on April 4. The game will be released on April 25 for some consoles, while it will be released on April 26 for others.
According to the official description of the game, “Sniper: Ghost Warrior 3” will allow players to explore large open world maps. It includes a story of “brotherhood, faith and betrayal in a land soaked in the blood of civil war.” In addition to this, gameplay will be improved as there will be dynamic weather as well as day and night cycles that will impact decisions and gameplay.
Compatibility and bundles
The game can be played on the PS4, Xbox One and PC. With the PS4 and Xbox One versions of the game, EB Games offers two editions of the game. One is the Stealth Edition while the other is the Season Pass Edition. The former is more expensive as it costs $169.95 compared to $99.95 for the latter edition.
The Stealth Edition is more expensive as the game is bundled with a quadcopter drone that offers HD videos and photo camera. The drone also includes a USB charging cable, screwdriver and a 3.7 volt Li-Po battery. It also includes the limited edition season pass which offers two major single player expansion packs, two multiplayer maps, a vehicle buggy, sniper rifle McMillan TAC-338A and a compound bow to use in-game. In addition to these, the Stealth Edition also have three Sniper Rifle Skin DLC. On the other hand, the Season Pass edition buyers will only have the limited edition season pass perks.
Release date and price
According to the official website, the game will be released on April 25. This date does not follow the initial release date of April 4. However, it is not too long of a wait unlike what other reports have stated that it may be released by the end of the year, according to GameSpot.
The price of the game will differ if buyers want to pre-order digitally or physically. In the Australia Playstation Store, this game will cost $99.95 for a digital version and will be released on April 25. In the Xbox One, the game will also be released on April 25 for $99.95 from EB Games as a physical version.
In PC, buyers can download the game digitally on Steam for $65.99 and will be released on April 26. However, a PC physical version can also be purchased on EB Games for $89.95. “Sniper: Ghost Warrior 3” game is available on EB Games and will come out on April 26 but may arrive later than that date because of shipping.
