On Feb 10, Phone Arena had published a report on newly surfaced AnTuTu benchmark scores of the Galaxy S6 Edge. The scores belong to SM-G925W8 model of the dual edged curved display S6 Edge.

The benchmarks report has revealed the Galaxy S6 Edge specifications. It is powered with Samsung’s very own octa-core Exynos 7420 chipset that delivers a processing speed of 2.1 GHz. It is coupled with ARM Mali-T760 and 3 GB of RAM.

The main display of the handset is of 5.1-inch that supports a display resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels along with a pixel count of 576 ppi. Phone Arena says that it is probably going to house a Super AMOLED display.

The primary camera of the Galaxy S6 Edge is of 20 MP and there is a front-facing selfie shooter of 5 MP. The handset comes with a native storage capacity of 32 GB and it is preloaded with Android 5.0.2 Lollipop OS.

As far as the Galaxy S6 Edge AnTuTu scores are concerned, the powerhouse smartphone recorded the highest ever score of 60,978. AnTuTu’s benchmark test involves multiple stages and this helps in determining that the Exynos 7420 chipset scores over the former Exynos 5433 chipset in the 3D content visualisation department, states Phone Arena.
