Rumer Willis had a thing for Hollywood actor Ashton Kutcher until he became her step-dad. The 26-year-old daughter of Bruce Willis and Demi Moore opened up about how she felt when her mom started living with heart throb actor Ashton in 2003 and eventually married him two years down the line. Rumer was a teenager at that time while Ashton was 27.

“It was definitely weird for a minute, but I have to commend him,” Willis is quoted as saying about Ashton in The Howard Stern Show on SiriusXM. She also said Ashton was a “really great stepfather” and her perspective of looking at him changed quickly. The then 17-year-old girl quickly took down Ashton's poster from her bedroom wall and replaced him with someone else. She also told her sister that she would have to “cross him [Ashton] off the list.”

The “Dancing With The Stars” contestant did not feel bad about her then 42-year-old mother marrying a much younger man. “No, I was kind of impressed, I was like ‘Yeah girl, get it!’” Rumer said at the show. She also speaks highly of her parents (Bruce and Demi's) relationship. Rumer said that her parents remained good friends even after their divorce in 2000 and made “such a huge effort” to remain as a family during her and her sisters Tallulah and Scout Willis' birthdays. She told Stern that Bruce and Demi had “this weird thing where they literally just became friends.”

However, one thing that she is not very comfortable with is hear her “parents engage in any sort of sexual things.” Bruce went on to get married to model Emma Heming in 2009 and has two daughters Mabel and Evelyn with her. Demi is still single after she divorced Ashton. Ashton dated “Jupiter Ascending” actress Mila Kunis and now has a baby girl Wyatt Isabelle with her.

Meanwhile, Rumer also denied reports that she is dating her DWTS partner Val Chmerkovskiy. “No way," she told Stern on the show adding that “if you're in a room with someone for six hours a day and you're dating them and then you get in a fight, you're miserable.” Right now she is focused on winning the show and dating is the last thing on her mind.
